Based on what is best for the user, Norlandia Care Group (NCG) strives to be the leading quality supplier within our three business areas: Preschools, Patient Hotels and Elderly Care.
Norlandia introduced a quality system in 2011, TQM (Total Quality Management). This system ensures that updated procedures are available throughout the organization. March 25, 2014, Norlandia became ISO-certified. Such a certificate confirms that there is a correlation between governing documents (laws, regulations and internal goals) and daily practice. ISO certification involves a thorough review of systems, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with general guidelines. Certification is performed by external, certified inspectors. An ISO-certificate hangs high and can be lost at the next control. Norlandia therefore attaches great importance to maintaining the systems and expertise that underlie the certification.
We are responsive and find flexible solutions tailored to the individual. Good cooperation with the client and compliance with laws and common policy are fundamental starting points for all our activities.
Quality is expressed in the meeting between skilled workers and customer / user and is a core function of interdependence between
• clear and visible values
• a competent leadership that evokes the best in our employees
• effective and reliable systems
Norlandia has clear quality goals that are communicated, monitored and audited regularly.
Norlandia looks at quality as a continuous process. Modern quality management ensures quality developments. NCG uses quality management where processes and procedures for all parts of the business are described and where events (deviations, areas for improvement and observations) are registered and used in the systematic improvement efforts. The system helps visualize trends, and is a tool for learning and development.
Evaluation Tools:
• event Registration
• user surveys
• feedback
• employee surveys
• quality indicators (internal audits, local measurements, local supervision and national measurements)
The planned quality work is stipulated in the annual business plan prepared at all levels of the company (group, divisional and unit level).
Norlandia is a value-based organization, where our CARE-values underlie everything we do.
